The
Gap will enable you to bridge the Diaspora and Israel, and to gain first hand experience of Israeli life. You will
be able to volunteer to serve in various positions in Israel, thereby contributing to the country whilst gaining valuable life experiences at the same time.

Opportunities include: assisting in Israeli hospitals, internship at the Jerusalem Post, helping out at local English language radio stations, working at absorption
centres for new immigrants, and caring for the elderly. |
You will spend time on a Kibbutz, and in the I.D.F. to complete your Israeli
experience. An Ulpan (Hebrew language class) will teach conversational Hebrew that you will put to the test in your volunteer work and in daily life in general.
