Our cohesive staff is almost entirely composed of rabbonim with a history in South Africa and Australia. The staff is familiar with their talmidim's culture and is attuned to the specific challenges they face both at yeshiva, and back home in their native countries. The lack of cultural barrier also allows greater communication and understanding between the talmidim and their rabbonim. This furnishes the rabbonim with tools that can enable long lasting growth.
