 For college graduates or students in college who are shomer mitzvos and have made a commitment to learn in the program for a minimum of six months.

 For the student who is committed to observance of mitzvos and to learning and needs to make a breakthrough in his ability to study the classic texts of the Torah and Talmud, and is prepared to dedicate a full day (three sedarim) to achieving his goal.
